Privacy Policy

What we collect and why

Account data: your name, email, sign-in details and approved devices. We use them to run your account and keep it secure. Legal basis: our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in security.

Your content: the files, documents and settings you keep in Z. We use them only to provide the service to you. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising. Legal basis: our contract with you.

Developer subscription data: your plan, billing period, subscription status, renewal date and an anonymous billing reference. We do not receive or store card details. Your billing name, address, card and receipt email are collected and held by Paddle. Legal basis: our contract with you.

Trial mark: a one-way code made from your Z account number, so each account gets one free trial. It cannot be turned back into your identity, and it is kept after account deletion, with nothing else attached, so a trial can't be repeated on the same account. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

Z Store submissions: the app's name, description, settings and review notes. Legal basis: our contract with you.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and security logs. We use them to protect accounts, prevent abuse and keep Z reliable. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security and reliability.

Payments and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle processes your payment, calculates and collects taxes, and issues invoices. Paddle uses your billing details under its own privacy policy. As seller of record, Paddle keeps invoices for as long as the law requires.

Who we share data with

Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for payments, taxes, invoices and refunds.

Service providers that host and run Z for us (cloud hosting, infrastructure and email delivery), only as needed to provide the service and under contract.

Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, when needed.

Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the country where you live. When they do, we use the safeguards the law requires, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

We keep account data and content while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your account data and content, cancel your subscription and delete its records, except the trial mark and anything we must keep by law. Security logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent you gave. Write to support@orvalen-official.com and we answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority: in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority; in the EU or UK, your local supervisory authority.

Security

Data travels encrypted (TLS), every new device needs approval before it can sign in, and access inside Z is limited to what each part needs. We never store card details.

Cookies and this website

This website has no advertising or tracking cookies. It keeps your language choice in your browser's local storage. Signing in to Z uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Children

Children's accounts in Z are created and managed by a parent or guardian. Z for Developers subscriptions are for adults only.

Changes

We may update this policy. When a change is important, we tell you in Z or by email. The date at the top shows the latest version.
